NAMI Connection Recovery Support Groups

NAMI LGBTQ+ Connection Support Group is designed for LGBTQ+ individuals living with mental health conditions. We will provide a sense of belonging and a safe space to discuss lived experiences while receiving the support of LGBTQ+ peers trained by NAMI.

By sharing your experiences in an affirming and confidential setting, you gain hope and develop relationships. This group encourages empathy, acceptance and a sense of community. Anyone 18+ is welcome in either of the following two locations:

This group is a supportive, affirming place to discuss living as a LGBTQI+ individual in today's world. Come express yourself and explore your identity in a safe space! Bucks LGBTQ Center is unique in providing individual therapy by Masters and Doctoral level therapists with specific training around supporting and affirming LGBTQ clients and their families.  Groups are run by well-trained and experienced therapists.

The beautiful space at the Barclay Building, home to Bucks Eating Support Collaborative, Newtown Therapy & Wellness Center, and Newtown Yoga, allows clients to add on other services: nutrition, massage, yoga, meditation, wellness classes, personal training, acupuncture, hypnotherapy & Reiki/energy work.

Bucks LGBTQ Center is home to a variety of events for clients, workshops for families, training for professionals, and free events for LGBTQ+ people and the community.

It’s a safe space to explore our dualities, discover recovery opportunities and alternatives to suicide, self-abuse, trauma, loneliness, etc.

PFLAG Bucks County

We are here to be a support group, to share our experiences, and try to answer any questions. We hope to provide a space where we can have an open conversation.

We meet on the third Thursday of the month at Saint Andrews UMC in Warminster, PA at 7:30 p.m.

We have a second meeting on the fourth Wednesday of the month at Planned Parenthood's Rainbow Room. 186 E. Court street Doylestown, from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., in the library of the Salem United Church. This meeting coincides with the weekly Rainbow Room meeting for LGBTQ+ youth/allies ages 12-21.

Raising Rainbows Inclusive Playgroup

Multi-family parent/playgroup for gender expansive and transgender kids ages 3-13, their parents, guardians and siblings. This 2 hour group occurs monthly, 4th Saturdays 1-3pm unless otherwise noted in the FB group. The goal of this group is to connect gender expansive children and their families, including siblings.
